In partnership with New Braunsfeld Wi-Fi, an American company based in Texas / USA specialized in cost-effective and quality Wi-Fi Mesh Network Internet provision, we are proposing to ISPs operating in Africa a business partnership based on an equal revenue share model. Under this franchise model New Braunsfels Wi-Fi provides radio equipment on CIF basis and also a first tiers full remote backend support while the local ISP covers the cost of customs clearing of radios, securing mounting locations, mounting accessories, mounting work, and the operating fund for advertising and daily local management. The revenue is shared after deduction of the bandwidth cost.
Our solution is not intended to create just HotSpots but ‘’HotZones’’ and ‘’HotAreas’’, even ‘’HotTowns’’ instead, and uses state-of-the-art Ubiquiti products operating in the 2.4 and 5 GHz unlicensed frequencies. It is a winning cost-effective ‘’internet last mile’’ solution (the cost to the end user being at least half of competition offerings) giving a fast and stable internet access to small capacity users roaming throughout the covered area. A further step allows to offer free VoiP calls between subscribers and low-cost calls to non-subscribers.
We also need to hire country consultants to follow up projects progress for each territory under a revenue share based remuneration as well.
