After having spent about 5 years in the Business Development role of the enterprise IT industry, I made a drastic career change as a microfinancing and small business development advisor to people with dissabilities in Uganda. Seeing the entreprenurial ambitions of the people and witnessing the role entrepreneurship can play in poverty eradication motivated me to start this project.

The ultimate goal of the ASEC is to identify students with the most entreprenurial talent and incubate their business.
