Unfortunately, I didn't come across any; I studied general agricultural economics within 4 months.
I'm sure if you combine a professional accountant and agriculturalist they can prepare for you a good spreadsheet.

You do know that there is a lot of speculation in the agricultural market and yet there are also a lot of profits. What ever project it is make sure you have hands on management. This will reduce the levels of risk.
